Chicken made in coconut milk is a dish in Kerala’s Syrian Christian tradition also known as Mappas . This is best served with steaming Appam or fresh bread loaf. You can try this at home. 

Brief given to Videofyi was to create a table top format recipe video like ‘Tasty’. And we decided to add some drama to it and had fun in the process of making it. And of course the dish was so good that the chef made an extra round for the shoot crew.
